SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Available Worldwide;

Shipping within UK is provided through Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed.
For artwork A4 and below are posted in hard backed envelopes, A3 and above are posted in hard packing tubes.
Overseas Shipping is available through Royal Mail International Tracked and signed. All fully insured and tracked throughout the process.
Due to the paintings being posted unmounted and unframed they can occasionally require a 'rest period' once out of the packaging before the painting becomes flat again after posting as they are flexible at this point before mounting/framing.
Express post is available through Royal Mail Guaranteed 24 hour service. This is recommended with any rush order to ensure it arrives on time.

Return and Refund Policy;

For Custom orders no return or refund is available however I am always happy to work with you as a purchaser and any problem with the order is either discussed or the painting is replaced or edited if there is an issue.
For any Art Print or non custom products we work on a 14 day returns policy for damaged or faulty products. Upon return the item will either be refunded or exchanged.
